1. The Gospel of Jesus Christ and the plan and promises of God as the inspired Word of God in both Old and New Testaments.
2. The full and free Salvation for all mankind purchased by Jesus Christ, the Son of God, when He died on the cross and shed His blood to redeem us from sin, sickness, and suffering.
3. Baptism: All believers should be baptized in water on confession of their sins by total immersion, which represents the death, burial and resurrection of our natures to rise again in the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit. We believe that water baptism is for those who believe and understand and is an act of obedience and public confession - (Matt. 28:19, Acts 19:5, Acts 10:48, Acts 8:16, Acts 2:38).
Baptism should be done to babies as part of their dedication, Jesus was presented, or dedicated, by His mother Mary in the Temple (Luke 2:22). Jesus commanded that children be brought to him for blessing (Mark 10:13-16). After this baptism/dedication the parents are supposed to keep the child as a sacred trust to bring him/her up in the fear of God until he/she is old enough to make a personal decision for Jesus Christ and His atoning work.
4. The Blood of the Everlasting Covenant: The Blood of Jesus alone cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7). In the Old Testament the blood of animals was shed and sprinkled at every ceremony and approach to God. As we accept the Blood of Jesus as the atonement made by the Father for us, we can as priests of the New Covenant sprinkle His Precious Blood as our only plea for New Testament blessings. Through His blood we have redemption (1 Pet. 1:18-19); cleansing (1 John 1:7); sanctification (Heb. 13:13); and overcoming power (Rev. 12:11). The Blood of Jesus speaks to God for mercy and pardon to believers of complete victory over Satan, and to Satan’s defeat.
5. Divine Healing for whole man, spirit, soul, and body (1 Thess. 5:23). Divine Healing is in the atonement (Isa. 53:4-5; Matt. 8:16-17).
6. The Restoration of the Church: The Body of Christ, with nine manifestations of the Spirit (1 Cor. 12:8-10), and nine fruits of the Spirit (Gal 5:22) and the five ministry gifts (1 Cor. 12:28 and Eph. 4:11). We believe that this restored church is for the revelation of Jesus Christ the Head through His Body, the members manifesting the power and virtue of the indwelling Holy Spirit.
7. The Return of Christ to rule and reign over His restored Kingdom on earth. We believe He will return in His Spiritual body to this earth in the same way as He ascended (Acts 1:9-11). He will take again the throne of His father David and rule in Jerusalem in the Promised Land.
8. Resurrection of both the just and the unjust will be resurrected (Dan. 12:2; John 5:29): The justified in Christ to eternal life, and the unjust to eternal judgement. The last stage of the impenitent will be the lake of fire (Rev. 20:15).
9. The Lord’s Supper: We have Holy Communion in remembrance of our Lord Jesus Christ suffering and death until He returns again.
10. Deliverance for the whole man: Jesus said all believers should cast out demons in His name (Mark 16:17).
11. Holy Matrimony: Marriage is holy (Heb. 13:4) and was ordained of God for the procreation of children (Gen. 1:28) and for the mutual love of a man and woman who become one flesh. It is a type of the sacred union between Christ and His church (Eph. 5:23-27).
12. Church Government: The local assembly is governed by the Head, Jesus Christ, through the Pastor and Elders forming the Presbytery and Elected Council. God sets in the church “governments” (1 Cor. 12:28). Church properties are held by a local Board of Trustees on behalf of the congregation.
